Finance, Accounting and IT

The Finance department develops and implements accounting and financial procedures, and ensures that these procedures are distributed to and applied by all stakeholders. This team oversees governance, financing, corporate legal affairs, strategic planning, portfolio management, treasury, financial control and IT.

For example, the financial control team, which includes more than 30 employees, plays a very active role in the company by optimizing financial management of the residences and providing accounting support to operations. Financial statements, internal controls, management reports to be presented to the various decision-making bodies, and the budget process all fall under this group’s responsibilities.
