Operations

This department incorporates several teams such as: Operations and Integration and Operational Strategy. This group provides support, supervision and advice to the network so that it can meet its objectives. Tasks may include the implementation of operational standards and procedures or the development of strategies for carrying out business plans. This team is also responsible for integrating newly-acquired residences, developing three-year plans, providing legal advice to the residences.

Our group offers many challenges if you are interested in:

  • developing and deploying leading-edge operational strategies;

  • improving operational efficiency through innovative solutions;
  • establish operational standards.
