Mr. Jean La Couture, Fellow Chartered Accountant, is President of Private Hearing Ltd., a management and mediation firm. He also acts as President for the « Regroupement des assureurs de personnes à charte du Québec (RACQ) ». Mr. La Couture serves on several Board of Directors, such as Innergex Power Trust (public company), Americ Disc Inc., Opusmed Inc. (skin care products), Groupe Pomerleau, Quebecor Inc. (public company), Quebecor Media Inc., Videotron Ltd., Sun Media Corporation, Immunotec Inc. (public company TSX), Tecsult Inc., Club Saint-Denis and Institute of Corporate Directors. From 1972 to 1994, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of three organizations, the last one being a canadian specialty line insurance company. |

Pierre Ferland |
Pierre Ferland is the co-founder of Maestro Group. He has more than 26 years of experience in real estate, including 24 in the senior housing sector. His role is to draw up Maestro’s strategies, create funds and raise capital. As such, he has been involved in numerous real estate transactions across Canada, totaling over $1.5 B. Mr. Ferland is a chartered accountant (CA). |

Sylvain Fortier |
As Vice-President, Mr. Fortier plays a key role in the recommendation, communication, and implementation of the overall strategy for the Real Estate Group at Caisse. He works in close collaboration with the subsidiaries in order to ensure the realization of the different business plans, and also manages certain special projects for the achievement of longer term goals. He reports to Daniel Fournier, President, Real Estate Group. Mr. Fortier has 23 years of related experience in the real estate sector, in equity investments and mortgage financing, for the global markets, products, and structures in which Caisse is currently invested in. He started his career at Caisse in 2004, as Vice-President, Asset Management at Cadim, then at SITQ in 2010 in the US office portfolio. Mr. Fortier has graduated in Business Administration at McGill University, in Finance and Real Estate. |

Mark Shuparski |
Currently Principal of Pacific Capital Real Estate Group, Mr. Shuparski is the former president of Bentall Capital, where he was one of the founding partners of the firm. Prior to forming Bentall Capital in 2001, Mr. Shuparski was president and CEO of Bentall Corporation, a position he held for 6 years. He holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a bachelor of environmental studies from the University of Waterloo. |
