Human Resources
The HR department seeks to constantly improve our organization while creatively fostering the development of our human capital. This team also identifies and develops strategies, programs and policies to attract new talent and engage and retain current employees. It identifies and implements best practices in HR management.
More specifically, the team oversees the development, deployment and management of compensation and benefits policies. It coordinates health and safety activities throughout the Allegro Residences network, oversees the management of labour relations, hiring and recognition programs, and optimizes the company’s organizational development. This team also oversees payroll activities for all employees.
The Human Resources team offers many challenges if you are interested in:

- developing human capital;
- acting as a business partner with managers and employees.
