Real Estate Investments

The Real Estate Investments department is responsible for acquiring real estate and selling properties for assets that are managed by third parties. This team maintains close ties with owners and real estate brokers in Quebec and other Canadian provinces. It also includes a development team that manages expansion projects and residence renovations, as well as supervises the construction of new properties. In addition, this team ensures the maintenance and enhancement of properties in our portfolio through technical services.

Numerous analysts work in this group to support all the investment activities. They carry out financial analyses for acquisition, development, funding and partnership projects to optimize the investment process. They are also responsible for market analyses and long-term forecasting for the Maestro Group.

The Real Estate Investments team offers many challenges if you are interested in:

• conducting market and financial analyses;
• examining building acquisition, sales, expansion and renovation projects, or the construction of new properties;
• participating in due diligence, negotiations and closings of real estate transactions;
• implementing the Maestro Group’s development and acquisition plan.
